Dr Paola Janeth Ascención Morales
Dr Paola Janeth Ascención Morales holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Doctor of Education from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. She has completed specialized studies in Leadership and Technological Innovation through programs offered jointly by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), as well as in Artificial Intelligence, product and service design, and development from the University of Oxford and MIT. Additionally, she holds a certification in higher education teaching from Harvard University.
She currently serves as the Manager of the Academic Innovation Complex Library within the Library System of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), where she leads initiatives that integrate technology, innovation, and academic support in higher education environments.
