Her leadership has been instrumental in driving platform development, forging strategic partnerships, and pioneering impactful training programmes that continue to uplift the library and information services sector.
Guiding UKS through major transitions—including the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic—she spearheaded the company’s marketing transformation and introduced innovative digital initiatives such as The African Continent Digitization event. A strong advocate for innovation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR), Neesha champions the integration of AI-driven technologies to ensure UKS remains future-focused and adaptive.
Under her stewardship, UKS not only supports libraries but actively enriches communities—most notably through its long-standing sponsorship of the LIASA Librarian of the Year award. Her clear and unwavering vision is to exceed expectations, add value, and empower the future of libraries.
