Ms. Sanele Kunene

Ms. Sanele Kunene is the Director of the Library at Tshwane University of Technology (TUT). She holds an M.Bibl from the University of the Western Cape and an MBA from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. With a rich background in library and information management, Sanele has previously managed the South African School of Motion Picture Medium and Live Performance research centres, as well as the TUT Mbombela Campus Library. She has actively contributed to the library sector through her service on the LIASA Higher Education Libraries Interest Group (HELIG) committee from 2014 to 2018 and as a board member of the National Library of South Africa from 2015 to 2020, where she participated in both the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee and the Finance Committee.
