Ms. Ivy Segoe

Ivy Segoe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Pretoria and a Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Johannesburg. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree at the University of South Africa (UNISA), where her research focuses on university librarians’ practices in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

With over 10 years of experience in academic libraries, Ivy currently serves as a Research Support Librarian at the University of Johannesburg. In this role, she plays a key part in supporting postgraduate students throughout their research journey, ensuring they have access to the tools, resources, and guidance needed for academic success.
