Ms. Lineo Lucia Mafitoe

Ms. Lineo Lucia Mafitoe is a Librarian at the National University of Lesotho, where she plays a multifaceted role. She is primarily responsible for cataloguing library materials and coordinates the Health Librarian services, in addition to overseeing the acquisitions section of the library.

In academia, Mafitoe serves as a part-time lecturer in the Department of Library and Information Studies, teaching a range of courses including:

• Inforpreneurship in Libraries (2nd year),

• Introduction to Cataloguing (2nd year),

• Library Buildings and Facilities (3rd year),

• Information Literacy (1st year), and

• Information Retrieval.

Her research interests align with the courses she teaches, focusing on areas such as Inforpreneurship, Cataloguing, Library Infrastructure, Information Literacy, Information Retrieval, and Health Information Systems.
