Currently serving as the University Librarian at Africa University, she brings a wealth of expertise in library automation, institutional accreditation processes, and academic library management.

With a strong educational background in Information Science and a deep commitment to promoting cultural diversity and exchange across Africa,

 Dr Rosemary Maturure has played a pivotal role in the modernization and development of library services in various institutional settings. She has successfully computerized several libraries, contributed to accreditation efforts, published scholarly papers, and effectively supervised a team of over 30 library professionals.
