
Dr Nthabiseng Mosala-Bryant
Dr Nthabiseng Mosala-Bryant is a distinguished PhD scholar with a keen interest in knowledge management, information management, information literacy, AI literacy, and capacity development for academic librarians. Her research and professional work reflect a strong commitment to advancing the role of academic libraries in the digital age.
Currently serving as the Senior Director of Library Services at Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT), she plays a pivotal role in shaping library strategy and services to meet evolving academic and technological demands.
Her professional involvement extends nationally, having served as the Coordinator of the Higher Education Libraries Interest Group (HELIG) within the Library and Information Association of South Africa (LIASA) from 2016 to 2018. She was also part of the executive team of the Committee of Higher Education Libraries in South Africa (CHELSA) for the 2022–2024 term, contributing to the strategic development of higher education libraries across the country.
Mosala-Bryant continues to be an advocate for innovation, professional development, and equitable access to information within the academic library sector.
