Mr Sixolile Nkonyeni

Sixolile Nkonyeni holds a B.Bibl, B.LIS (Honours), and a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Fort Hare. With over five years of experience in academic libraries, he currently serves as the Information Librarian for Humanities at the University of Johannesburg.

In his role, he provides comprehensive support for teaching, learning, and research, ensuring the library remains a dynamic partner in academic success. His research interests include library management, digital education strategies, lifelong learning, and the innovative application of Generative AI in library services.
