Ms. Nonjabulo Ngcobo

Nonjabulo Ngcobo is the acting Principal Librarian for Acquisition since March 2024. She joined the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2011 as an Information Officer, she moved to the Cataloguing department as a Metadata Librarian in 2013, and in 2014 she was appointed as a Subject Librarian for the College of Humanities. Before joining the University of KwaZulu-Natal, she worked at the Durban University of Technology as a Library Assistant.

Nonjabulo Ngcobo has an Honours Degree in Bachelor of Arts Information Science, which she obtained at the University of South Africa, and a Master’s degree (Master of Commerce in Leadership), which she obtained at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Her thesis topic is: “Assessment of service quality of 24-hour service in the University of KwaZulu-Natal Library
