Ms. Phuti Concilia Rabatseta
Phuti Concilia Rabatseta is a metadata librarian at North-West University, where she contributes to the organization and accessibility of digital and bibliographic information. She holds a Master’s degree in Information Science from the University of South Africa (UNISA), a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Studies from the University of Limpopo (UL), an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Johannesburg (UJ), and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from North-West University (NWU).
Her research interests focus on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, libraries, and knowledge management. She is particularly passionate about exploring how emerging technologies can transform library services and enhance knowledge sharing in academic institutions.
